What Is Architectural Precast?

Precast concrete is a combination of cement, water, aggregate, and admixtures that are poured into a mold, and cured overnight. Architectural precast concrete goes one step further by carefully finishing the face of the panel, thus creating a decorative, high-end look. The concrete panel will then be shipped to the jobsite to be connected to the structure. The end result is a durable, low maintenance exterior wall-cladding system with crisp, ornate design features.

Is Architectural Precast Right for my Project?

When determining which cladding option is right for your project, consider the advantages of designing with architectural precast panels. Precast wall panels grant you the ability to have:

  • Virtually endless finish and design options
  • Strength & Durability
  • Minimal long-term maintenance
  • Superior quality control with strict guidelines
  • Fast-track installation on site
  • Year-round erection
  • LEED certification capabilities
