Referral Program

Do you know someone who likes working with their hands, has a great work ethic and enjoys finding solutions? If so, refer them to work at ICP.

ICP’s Family Referral Program provides current employees with rewards for referring family and friends. Here’s how it works:

• Fill out the form below and return to our HR department.
• If your referral comes in for an interview, you will receive a $25 gift card
• The day your referral starts, you will receive another $25 gift card
• You can also earn paid vacation time or additional cash bonuses:
• The first payment of $250 OR 1 PTO day will be given after the referred employee completes their first 30 days of employment.
• The next $250 OR 1 PTO day will be paid after 60 additional days of employment.
• The last payment of $500 or 3 PTO days will be paid after the referred employee remains an active employee for 6 months. The candidate must specify who has referred him or her in writing on the application or resume.
