JOB DESCRIPTION:

At ICP we are always looking for skilled personnel on our production floor, to create our architectural, structural, and custom concrete panels. Positions to be filled are full-time, 40+ hrs. / Week. Here at ICP we are all working 1st shift, and opening the plant at 4 .a.m. with most crews starting at 6 a.m., and the later crews starting at 9 for our casting/ concrete finishing crew. Applicants must be punctual, hardworking, and dependable individuals, and would like to have them to be familiar with a standard tape measure. Blueprint reading and many other skills are necessary, however, ICP believes in training its employees for its crews. So no experience is necessary, since these fields are so specialized. ICP’s plant is an environmentally controlled climate, in which indoor, year-round production is established.
