Our first step is ensuring we have all available details on a project to put your customized bid together. The more information provided, the more accurate we can be. Not sure exactly what you want? Our team is happy to share its expertise to assist you in executing your vision. We know cost and schedule is front of mind. Our experienced team is able to provide value engineering ideas to help maintain design concept while addressing budget. Additionally, we are able to provide alternative design options to help improve the schedule, for example, looking at time-required for full brick versus thin brick.
Once we have been awarded a project, we get to work on your drawings to send out for approval by you. Once you have approved the drawings, the production process begins on your custom precast pieces. Quality is top of mind during the production process, with no detail too small. We’ll go brick by brick on your wall panel to ensure everything is lined up properly and finished to the highest standards of our PCI AA certification.
When you partner with International Concrete Products, you have a dedicated project manager at your fingertips to ensure quick, efficient communication, as well as schedule and budget monitoring to address any issues that may arise. Precast components are delivered to your jobsite just on time and the project manager ensures proper installation, again addressing any issues that may arise. The project manager will also collaborate with general contractors and architects to complete punch list items, ensuring we meet your, and our, high standards for precast and service.
