FifteenFifty on the Park

Built on the site of the Village Art Theatre, the landmarked facade of FifteenFifty on the Park was restored and incorporated into a new structure. With white terra cotta, red brick, and intricate ornamentation, the contemporary limestone tower features 32 luxury condominium units with floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious bedrooms, and expansive terraces. Precast concrete was used from the ground floor to the roof at all elevations and on the courtyard from the fourth floor to the roof. An acid etch finish was used to create the desired limestone look.
